by purchasing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined by the designer.

all payments made are final and non-refundable once work has been started, completed, or delivered. due to the custom nature of digital design services, refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, dissatisfaction resulting from a lack of provided inspiration, or a change of mind.

clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reference images, inspiration, and project requirements prior to the start of development. failure to provide adequate direction may affect the final outcome and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

any revisions, modifications, or redevelopment requests outside the original scope of work may incur additional charges at the designer's discretion.

the designer reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a project, or terminate communication in cases of harassment, abusive behavior, chargeback threats, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.

by submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
